I want to break something

I'm weeks behind schedule, mostly* because of a bug with the focus that, as far as I can tell, is the OS fucking with my head. Nothing I've tried in the past couple WEEKS has given any clue as to what makes my case different from all the other cases that work, and I'm running out of patience. Specifically, my lead's patience. If this goes on too long I'll have to cut the whole feature, which will be extremely embarassing, to say the least, and will likely take as much work as finishing the feature would otherwise, since it's almost done.

Unfortunately, the Mac OS does not possess an anthropomorphic personification for me to strangle.

EDIT: Right after posting this, I thought 'now that I've ranted about it, I'll figure it out instantly'. Then I figured it out. Sigh. v.v Well, at least I can make progress now. }:)
