I felt all floaty...
Sep. 23rd, 2003 12:41 amStupid car. I hate my car. No, it didn't die or anything. It just felt 'floaty' on the freeway and in the streets afterwards, which is terrifying when hurtling along at 60 mph, and if possible scarier at 45 mph in the little teeny lanes on the streets in Seattle. I hate Seattle too.
Apparently my sister's finally having her baby, so I had to stop over after work and let her dog Mikey out to go potty. And fill up his food bowl. With cat food. Oops. I noticed it a few seconds after pouring it, but he was already scarfing it down. I hope it doesn't hurt him.
This meant cancelling the game tonight at the last minute. Gaah. Still, I wasn't really ready for it anyway. Not that I'm likely to be more ready for it next week.
I have to go do it again tomorrow... I hope the floaty thing was just my imagination and not the steering going out (again) or the brakes dying (again) or the wheels being out of alignment (again) or something.
