Spiders from Mars

Today was Chris's Shadake scifi game. We played at the new guys' apartment again, because Sandy (Lazar's wife) was sick from FC. Snow-Wolf had the worst luck getting there -- we were supposed to pick him up at the 'Overlake Park and Ride', but we went to the 'Overlake Transit Center', which also has a park and ride at it. He wasn't there. 45 minutes later, we found the correct location -- it was very well hidden, and took three passes even with a map. Of course, by that time Snowy had just caught a bus that took him closer to the apartment and walked the rest of the way.

As for the game itself, we were saved by pirates, and cops, and then some stuff happened and people started wanting to kill someone other than me, since they thought I was already dead. And a crazy lady tried to turn me into a chicken. Then, spiders.

Mistake Pizza

After picking up the week's comics (new Gold Digger! Yay!) I decided I'd order pizza today, since I hadn't done it in a while. But instead of ordering Domino's like normal, I tried out this new place, 'Pizza Man Pizza'. They made a big deal out of being all froofy and gourmet and stuff, but it was the most ordinary, nondescript pizza I've ever had. I wouldn't be surprised to find they subcontract out to Papa Murphy's. Or at least pinched the recipe book.

Plus, the pizza was really hard to chew, and hurt my fragile teeth. Sniffle.

Haven't done much else today, 'cept play ( AC2. )

EDIT: I don't really care about the shuttle disaster, aside from the people that got killed. The shuttles are SO OLD, and they were never very studry to begin with! How can they still be using them? Develop a modern lifter already!
