Sep. 28th, 2002 10:17 pmIs there anything better than driving down the highway at night, with the windows open?
I just got back from seeing Spirited Away, a Miyazaki flick that for once *didn't* involve hours of boring junk between the good parts. It was worth driving into Seattle to see (although I only went because I discovered that the theater showing it was only a block away from the one place to park I know in the entire city), and even worth listening to the vaguely nauseating small talk of the college students and intellectuals who made up the rest of the audience.
There was a part near the beginning where I couldn't resist making Hamtaro noises, though. Hif hif!
