Sep. 28th, 2002 02:30 pmI woke up this morning and was kind of cold, so when it came time to drive down to Wonderworld Comics to pick up the next order form (and any comics that had come in since last week) I decided to wear my coat.
When I got outside, though, it was pretty warm, and sunny, so the inside of my car was even warmer. So, when I turned on the heater full blast, to keep the engine from exploding (I made an appointment to get it fixed but it'll be a few days), it was really *really* hot and after fifteen minutes or so I was starting to feel kind of dizzy, and opened the window, letting in some refreshing carbon monoxide fumes.
I made it there and back again alive, though, thanks to my mantra, 'Eyes Open While Driving'. I really hope the car's fixed by Conifur, though... it's a much longer drive.
