That said... Pinkie Pie and Twilight's investigation was the hilight of the show, which is good since it was also the bulk of it. Pinkie's insane theories contrasting with Twilight's actual investigation, and them switching hats and bubble-pipes as they changed roles.

Not that there weren't some other funny parts.
