From the planet crud?

The cafeteria at work's been having this scratch-and-win ticket lottery to encourage people to eat there. Yesterday, I was the proud winner of 'free vegetable crudites with purchase'.

Crudites don't sound very tasty. They sound like some sort of alien parasite, really. Obviously, this whole setup is just a ploy to get their crudites into my head! I'm not falling for it.
