Well... I ordered broadband... again... and this time the install kit arrived, and I set it up and everything, and it seems to all be in order, as far as being able to connect and look at internet sites goes. And it really is fast.

When it's working.

Which isn't very often, or very reliably.

Will I be able to post this? It took several tries to load this page... and whenever it fails it goes to the 'configure the modem' page, really aggravating.
