Cheating really offends me. It doesn't matter whether or not it hurts me or has anything to do with me (or whether I'm actually playing the game), it's painful to even hear about it.
Breaking the rules is not the point, really, although it's a good start. *Abusing* the rules (or breaking the rules in abusive ways), that gets on my nerves.
Because I *like* rules, and systems, and even the legitimate emergent behavior that the designer might not have anticipated, sometimes... making a mockery of them (using truth or lies, whichever) just ruins everything. Why even play?
What's most annoying is that I was telling the truth... I had been planning to leave anyway (because I was bored) but it still irks me to leave after an argument, because it looks like I'm running away.
No, I won't someday kill them all. Praying for their death, yes, way ahead a ya.
