terryclothDidn't do anything this year that should have made my taxes difficult, but without my knowledge or consent I was apparently made a partner in some fucking partnership I never heard of that sent me a K-1 and a small check. I think it was part of my inheritance from a dead grandparent or something. The numbers on the K-1 were tiny -- 11 cents interest, 29 dollars dividents. Yay.
Except they didn't include their employee ID number, so I can't file, and the only contact information I have for them is a snail-mail address. *Maybe* if I sent them a letter today they'd get it in time to respond... maybe their response would be helpful... ugh. x.x

Me: "Sure, I'll send him an e-mail."
Earthlink: "ACCESS DENIED. NO EMAIL FOR YOU!"
Me: "Er... you got Tom's phone number?"
Anna: "Okay..."
Phone Company: "Your long distance has been disconnected."
Did eventually get in touch with him, though. He said he'd check his records and get back to me. Here's hoping...
