Played Aci some last night and this morning. Failed a few more missions... I think I have a less than 50% average in CoV for missions that can be failed for reasons other than 'the time ran out'. This last one was because a boss started running away, and I really had nothing to slow him down.
Got Aci to 32, though, thanks to Groupie Girl essentually powerlevelling me -- 36 34 31... the 31 gets XP. LOTS of XP. Even with some team wipes (no, 36 34 34 33 31 cannot take on level 39 longbow) I still got an average of 2 bubbles an hour.
Also joined a guild, the 'chaos army'. They claim to be the number 2 guild on the server. Yeah, right. Anyway, their rules were reasonable -- 'play in SG mode sometimes and sign up for the message board'.
Unfortunately, every attempt to sign up for the message board so far has resulted in getting booted to the board host's default site, as if the board doesn't exist. Or, more likely, the guy gave me the wrong URL. Searching on google finds a board at a different URL... that also appears not to exist.
So I might not be in the guild for long. I'd better log on tonight and get a screenshot of SG mode while I still can. };)
Other than that, I decided to make an arcane-instant-copying deck in green/blue. It *works*, in that eventually the peer through depthses find time of need to fetch Uyo or Kaho, but it doesn't work well enough to win.
The silly combo is splicing psychic puppetry onto a spell played with Kaho, and using it to untap Kaho so that you can play another spell. }:P The intended *kill* is accumulating kodama's mights and splicing them onto each other and then copying them a couple times. This doesn't actually work very well, though.
I might try and remake it as blue/black or blue/white. Not blue/red, though -- they *want* you to use blue/red.
Walked to work yesterday, because it was a nice day and I hadn't done it in a while. It was a mistake, kinda -- still too dark after work to walk home (without being run over by cars), so I had to ride the bus. *sigh*
This morning I drove in, and found... wtf? There was a huge crowd of people outside my building, and fire trucks and all, but other people were going inside just like normal... must have been an alarm at a different building.
