terryclothGot the singles I ordered online in yesterday... discovered that Ulasht the Hate Seed was legendary. Grr. Still putting four of it in, because copy 1 can disassemble itself for parts and still make copy 2 twice as big, if you draw more than one. Also putting in a Doubling Season to go with the Ulashts and Firebirds and other Bloodthirst creatures. Although I suspect I'll find it not worth the slot and take it back out after a while.
Trying to come up with ideas for the phytohydra deck. I'm thinking:
Living Inferno +
Phytohydra +
Pariah's Shield +
Regeneration +
Living Inferno
is a reasonable start... oh, orcish artillery! Can't forget the orcish artillery. +5/+5 to a phytohydra with pariah's shield, after all. }:)
I suspect the result will be a silly deck rather than an effective deck, because everything is godawful expensive with heavy requirements in three different colors. If I had a Coulhauler Swine to add, I'd have an instant-kill combo, but I don't seem to. Which is weird, because I could have sworn I had some... was it from an older set?
In other news, I did the first respec trial with Aci, which was... ludicrously easy, compared to the CoH respecs I tried. The enemies were *blue* to most of the group. I also got a third costume slot, and made 'civilian clothing', this time going for a cowboy hat + duster + blue jeans effect. With evil zombie claws, glowing green bug eyes under the hat's brim, and no mouth.
