'Duly noted' makes me think of someone writing it down not once, but twice.
Yeah, yeah, I know the real meanings. As if I could care less!
When someone says something suspicious, do you look at them dubiously? Or is it the other way around? I can never keep that straight.
There's one construction that's been popping up a lot recently that needs stopped! Ima hurt someone! 'To be' needs used!
