Good news!

terrycloth(a) The second batch of magic cards I ordered were left at the leasing office, so I didn't have to drive all the way to the UPS station in Redmond to get them.
(b) When asked about how we'd be 'immediately given the new keys', the manager admitted that they weren't really sure about that themselves, but were happy to make an appointment to come by at a time where I'd be home so that they could just hand it to me.
In less good news, city of heroes crashed again last night... I updated my video drivers in case that was the culprit, but it started after COH patched, so it'll probably take a patch from them to fix it. The last recurring crashing bug I saw (the sound loop semi-crash) was fixed pretty quickly, though.
At any rate, I'm feeling pretty good today.
