So, I have created or updated for Ravnica:
(a) Red/Green/White Warp World
(b) Green/Black generic Golgari
(c) Black Rats, modified only in subbing in Last Gasp instead of Dark Banishing
(d) Red/Blue Freed From the Real, with the giant viashino tims in place of the lost Vulshoks. I can't believe it took me this long to realize it should always have had Neko-Te!
(e) Blue/Black Dimirish Ninjas. Sage Owls and Neurok Familiars replaced by Dimir Infiltrators (3 toughness, actually unblockable) and will-o-the-wisps (cheaper, regenerating). A few black ninjas tossed into the mix. It works better in general, but lost the 'i win' card vedalkin shackles.
(f) Red/White first/double strike Boros and Samurai deck. Godo Bandit Warlord fetches Sunforger which fetches a toolbox of one-of red and white instants (scour, smash, flames of the blood hand, blind with rage, etc). Boros Swiftblade (1/2 double strike) + Sunforger (+4/+0) = OUCH!
Last night I played around with Litany. She's amazingly tedious to solo... Phantom Army is really all she's got going for her, and it isn't up often. In a group, snow storm and freezing rain combo well, though -- once I got into a group things went better. Since her first costume was weird bondage straps with heavy makeup, I made her second a vampirish outfit based on the martial arts costume pieces, in bright red and black, with a white cape and cadaverous eyes.
And by morning, I'd calmed down and realized that one of the new bugs from yesterday was a side effect of the partial fix for the Tiger bug, and most of the rest were predictable outcomes of a bizarre spec decision which made 'keeping the old behavior' nonsensical. There is one weird thing that popped up still, though, and I do have to work around or change that spec decision so that the feature is usable.
