terryclothFeeling oogy... I've been bloated and full of crap all week, but now it's turning into... er, TMI.
This morning I wore a heavyish shirt because it was sort of cold and I didn't want to wear my coat out of principle, since it was July. But then I got outside and it was raining... wish I wore my coat. Was too lazy to go back upstairs and get it, though. Still raining.
Finished betrayal in EQ2. The end of the quest was kind of a letdown... I don't think the quest is long enough, they should actually imprison you and make you somehow earn your way out of prison. }:) Maybe have you testify in court against Kenjudeau or something. }:P
Right after I finally got Call of Qeynos, a frog betraying Qeynos asked me to take him to Freeport. So, to give it a good workout, and because I was pretty sure that being 'good' means doing the opposite of what seems sensible after the last few stages of that quest, I led him through TS and Nek... then EQ2 crashed zoning into the commonlands. I was able to log right back on and gate back, though.
"Ahhh, I've kissed Antonia's ass enough that now I finally get to suck on her CoQ!" Sorry, I can't help it, I was giggling about 'Call of Qeynos' for quite a bit.
It dumped me in Graystone Yard... I think it dumps everyone there, but that's where my former slum-mates the barbarians live, so for an Iksar it's appropriate. I wish the tradeskill instances weren't hidden under the boardwalk, though. Took me a while to find them.
During the time it took me to craft some replacement backpacks and do the Zerker subclass test, I sold about a gold worth of stuff. Three days realtime hadn't sold anything on the Freeport market. I also saw other characters running around and using the bank or whatever, which is likewise unknown in Freeport.
Found out just now that Zerkers are also going to get nerfed into oblivion during the coming 'combat overhaul'. Go me!
Work is being annoying, with things that are my fault and things that aren't... and long review meetings, for features I hate by people who distrust and often work against me, with the Mad Patenter presiding. I've probably said too much.
