Black Dog in the... Day
Nov. 11th, 2004 10:02 amThere's a black dog that's been hounding my steps in the mornings, recently, when I go on my morning walks. Yesterday, it just followed me from across the street, periodically looking at me, but today it crossed the street and followed along ahead of me by a few dozen feet, stopping every so often to let me catch up.
It gave a disappointed look as I finished my walk and got into my car. But then continued happily on its way on its own, wandering around the parking lot.
It obviously belongs to someone, since it has tags and all, and it doesn't look unhealthy or starving or anything. I think it's just an outdoors dog that's bored and looking for entertainment.
