I don't pray for George Bush's death
Oct. 29th, 2004 03:56 pmI try not to pray for *anything*, because if my prayers are answered it's always in a pyrhhic manner. Whatever's watching over me, it doesn't like me asking for favors.
If I take the Sandman/Vertigo pantheon as my religion (and why not?), that means it must be Lucifer. Damn it.
At any rate, I don't think killing the president would be a good idea -- the precedent in such cases is that the victim's spouse takes office. And while that might be acceptable for a Senator, I don't think we want a random first lady thrust into the Presidency. Or even Tricky Dick Mk II. }:P
