riddoch has his journal set friends only. I added him because I noticed him on the spindizzy list, and at some point thought I knew who he was and that I knew him (I didn't add random people from that list). I no longer remember who the hell he is, though.

He never friended me back. He just posted telling people that if he didn't friend them, he probably just didn't notice, and that they should get ahold of him and ask him to. But...

His journal is set so that only friends can leave comments. He doesn't have any contact info in his userinfo.

[sigh]

I hope he isn't anyone I'd actually want to follow. }:P
