terryclothIt's time to partition my hard drive at work again... 6 gigs isn't enough space for an OS partition anymore. I hope it doesn't take all day to get things working, and I *certainly* hope it doesn't take *longer* than that. Although it's an excuse not to do real work, I'm not all that fond of waiting for CD images to install either.
There was a really nice dessert in the cafeteria today, called an 'apple cake'. What it was was an apple pie put through a blender and pressed into cake shape, sort of -- there was a lot more of the crust material than you'd find in a normal pie, and less filling, which (perhaps surprisingly) made it taste better. I liked it a lot.
I bought season 1 of 'Six Feet Under' on DVD because people kept saying good things about it, and because I've been obsessed with stories about the afterlife... I've only watched one episode so far, and it doesn't look like it's as much about the afterlife as I'd hoped. Almost everyone in it is alive! Ahwell.
