Zero Mission, and a meme.
Apr. 22nd, 2004 10:58 amI was playing Zero Mission on my GBA last night before the game (Ed was really really late, and it took a long time to get Luis hooked up) and got stuck -- I was at a point where I'd run all over the map, and found a half dozen missile tanks and the like, but no actual means of making progress. It took about an hour to search the map, really frustrating.
So today I went and looked at a walkthrough. Apparently, I'm supposed to build up a super-charge in a place where it looks like a super-charge would be useless (no visible breakable blocks) then use two special moves documented nowhere in the game or the manual -- a 'super jump' and a 'shinespark'.
So, as of today, I officially hate Metroid, retroactively back through all its versions to the original. May Samus Aran burn in hell forever.

Post a memory of me in the comments. It can be anything you want. Then, of course, post this to your journal and see what people remember of you.
