terryclothIf I was going to try to get someone to understand and know me, but couldn't just tell them in person or in writing, and instead had to put a dozen things in a box, what would they be?
1. A picture of me standing next to my car.
2. A picture of my apartment. Specifically, the corner with all the comic books and crap piled up.
3. A crumpled, dirty Taco Bell burrito wrapper.
4. A stuffed squirrel that makes loud chittering noises when you squeeze it.
5.The letter warning me that my savings account was going to be nationalized unless there was some activity.
6. Some random bit of swag from work. Maybe the non-working 5-years-service clock.
7. An old character sheet for D+D, printed in Excel and then scribbled on incomprehensibly over the course of several months play.
8. A copy of the old story I wrote when I was in high school -- long, rambling, self-insertion-into-fantasy-world-where-I-get-turned-into-a-tiny-dragon, etc.
9. One of my old game boys, with one of my old pokemon game carts in it.
10. The shrinky-dink mini I made of my weasel-char for the shadowrun-style shadake game.
11. The peryton I made out of zoids z-builders.
12. A Slayers VHS tape. Or, well, a copy of one, I wouldn't want to break up the set.
