terrycloth: (d20)
Last night, after two weeks off (one because Lazar was sick, one because everyone wanted to watch the Watchmen instead) we finally got around to playing Shadake again. It was a kind of half-assed session, to tell the truth.

Rereading this, I realized that I used 'unfortunately' to lead off an awful lot of the paragraphs. Unfortunately, that's appropriate to describe the night's events. :D
terrycloth: (good)
This was originally going to be a very dark chapter, but then I realized that, for once, I was shortchanging the *good* guys in a small but critical way. With that change, I can still get the story where it needs to go, but a lot fewer people need to die. Then I ended up reordering everything *anyway*, so it ended up being even less dark. I think I still know how to make the plot point in question matter, though.

In this chapter of Glow Bugs, Eclipse is on the warpath -- his targets, the entire population of Eden Station, starting with Candy!

If the Unity can't stop him, then the only hope for the people of Dolphin's Landing might be the compassion and charity of Admiral Brendon's fleet.
