I spent all weekend playing video games and watching television. Since the D+D game was cancelled, I could have gone to the Crossroads meet, but I didn't, because I really didn't feel like talking to people. Or eating at crossroads.

Instead, I got a pizza from Papa Murphey's, and didn't realize until after I'd cooked it and eaten half of it just what seemed wrong with it -- instead of ordering a 'delite' like I normally do, I'd ordered an ordinary large. I've still got some of it in the fridge.

That, combined with the fateful question 'how much jalapeno do you want on it?' which I answered unwisely, combined to keep me up most of last night running to the toilet.

On the other hand, I finally watched 'V for Vendetta' which was pretty powerful as a movie, I think it did the comic book justice even if it stripped out a lot of the science-fictiony things. I finished logging on all my characters in CoX to get them the elusive or pursuer badges. And Neverwinter Nights 2 is being really, really amusing -- at every plot point, your party members *bicker* with each other and with you, and they're pretty funny.

Plus, you get things like a priest of Tyr trying to explain to your lunkheaded dwarf that the trials to become a monk are all about serenity and mental control and crap, not anything physical.

Priest: "Tyr is evenhanded. For the first trial, you must overcome your prejudices."
Dwarf: "But I'm not prejudiced! I even travel around with a tiefling, and you know how THEIR kind is."
