Jan. 18th, 2005 10:46 amLast night around midnight, the box crashed again, this time while I'd taken an hour out to play Paper Mario. So I called them up, told them it was still doing it, and they said they'd have a guy out to replace the box sometime in the middle of next week.

Yeah, so I told them I'd just bring it in, and they gave me directions ("It's in Redmond Town Center, you can't miss it.") and an address which didn't really match. Strike that -- which *really* didn't match. It was off Willows Road.
After a bit of searching -- the driveway that the building wasn't quite visible from wasn't quite visible from the street name in the address -- I managed to find it and swap for a new box. I hooked it up, then headed to work.
Nothing's set up to record yet, of course, but I guess I can see if it crashes anyway while I'm at work. It's a new box, so hopefully I won't have the problem... I didn't have the problem on the old box for a week or two.
