Magic Rambling

After getting annoyed with various MUCKs, I had another frenzied deckbuilding session last night, updating my red/green beast deck to type II (I hope; I'm not sure how much has changed in the core set) and the 'Evish Rage' pregenerated deck to usefulness.

The process of deckbuilding hilighted why I'm leery of Magic Online (as opposed to online Magic, ala Apprentice). I used about ten square feet of coffee table and couch for shuffling cards around, comparing and grouping and sorting and collecting... I don't have that big a monitor.
On the other hand, getting to actually play more might be worth the hassle. ARGH, I wish I knew what was wrong with XP and/or my laptop that doesn't let me use Apprentice.
