Revenge of the... oog

I feel generally out of sorts today. That is, I keep smelling blood and breathing wheezily after spending a night inhaling anti-fungus fumed from the bathroom where maintenance is 'engaged in remediation', I feel sick to my stomach after eating a slice of pizza and some potato soup with tobasco sauce (NOT a tasty combo, I discovered), and I don't feel motivated to do anything ever again.

Guess that means I'm back to normal. }:P

BOBS pt 3

Tonight we finished up the last few battles in Bastion of Broken Souls. The ending was sort of anticlimactic, in a way, but sort of satisfying. Just... a little silly.

I rolled the dice for Luis when he was using his Vorpal Whip, because it was just too important if he was cheating on them -- but of course, Vorpal is itself overpowered even without possible cheating. There were a lot of vorpal weapons around in the module even if he hadn't bought one, though.

The Epilogue battle ending like it did was really, really silly, but everyone laughed, and no one *really* wanted to fight the damn things anyway. I'm just glad to be done with this campaign. 20+ level D+D characters are just... egregious.

Next I won't be GMing -- Erdann's player (Jeff) will be running us through the campaign he just did for a different group. I think I might want to play a Bard... but how can I make it not suck? Hmm...
