Bug From Hell
Feb. 27th, 2003 01:01 pmSecond week in a row... start on it Tuesday to get it out of the way before workaholic, then have it spill over into workaholic. This time it actually ended up spilling *past* the workaholic, and I'm still working on it now, although (once again -- what is this, the twentieth time?) I think I've finally got it done.
It's NOT FUN to have the group manager post a ranked list of bug-fix rates for the workaholic with your name on the VERY BOTTOM with ZERO.
I did manage to find five duplicates during one of the periods where I thought it was fixed, though, and there's another five which look like they might be duplicates if they weren't made worse by it (which means, fix that one additional problem with it and they might go away too). Which sort of vindicates my decision to pursue this course of action in the first place. Sigh.
