Sooo... tired...
Feb. 13th, 2004 02:16 pmI should have taken all this week off from work, but there was important stuff to do, that might not have gotten done if I'd stayed home. Today, there was nothing important to do, but since I felt better than I had the rest of the week, it seemed silly to call in sick *now*.
But today, I just don't care about work. Or much of anything else. I find it hard to get up the energy to go click 'okay' when some install program wants to reboot, or to walk to the bathroom in response to various urges. If a giant space monster teleported into my office and loomed over me with acid-dripping claws and fangs, I'm not sure I'd have the energy to stare blankly at it in horror.
Most of last night was the same way -- I didn't have the energy to idle on Spindizzy, so I watched DVDs. Wow, Buffy the Vampire Slayer was a really crappy movie.
