'Smoky Mexican Lasagna', Eurest style
Feb. 6th, 2004 11:41 am2 cans concentrated vegetable soup
2 lasagna noodles
bay leaves to taste
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Mix soup and bay leaves, then layer with noodles in pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until noodles are stiff and unchewable.
Are bay leaves poisonous? I ate a couple that were mixed in, and I don't feel so good.
I'm also becoming increasingly annoyed, as the days go by, by the Gust of Wind trap between the cafeteria and the recycling bins. The bins are on the other side of the main door into the cafeteria, so if anyone enters or leaves while you're walking to toss your styrofoam plates and/or uneaten foodlike substance in comes the wind, strong enough to blow napkins, plates, and aluminum cans off your tray and scatter them across the floor.
It happened to me three times in a row today, sending me scurrying around trying to pick up all the debris, only to have someone else come in and blow it all back off the tray despite my best efforts to hold it in place.
I've never seen anyone else have the slightest problem. This annoys me more than anything else.
