I blame Big Fish, actually, now that I think of it.

But anyway, the dream started (or at least, the part I still remember started) with me trying to take a bus across Puget Sound, which in my dream was something more like the Maumee River from back in Toledo. The bus was amphibious, of course, and I was the only one brave enough to ride in the lower level, where you could see the water splashing against the windows as the bus raced down the rollercoaster-like track.

But I dozed off for a second, hypnotized by the racing water, and when I woke up I discovered that somehow I was in 'Maple Valley', which was an hour's drive away from the Seattle area and had no further bus service until morning -- it was night now, even though it'd been around noon when I'd gotten on the bus.

Around the now deserted bus station was a large mall-like area with an intense festival air -- after all, why *else* would people come all the way out to Maple Valley? While wandering around wondering whether to start walking back or to go sleep in a dumpster somewhere, I ran into Legend and Odie and a bunch of other people from the Sunday gathering, in two main groups. Legend and his group were going to see a movie, while Odie et al were shopping and being noisy and embarassing.

So I stuck with Legend and friends to see the movie (it was some anime I'd never heard of, Serenselar 2025 or something like that) with the hope that afterwards he'd give me a ride home.

But it turned out that the whole 'seeing a movie' thing was a pretense, and we actually spent the time where we were supposed to be in the movie robbing all the stores and people in the area at gunpoint. Then we had Loial sneak us back into the movie through the back way, so that we'd have an alibi -- apparently, everyone *else* in the robbery group had just watched the movie at Legend's before going out, so they'd be able to explain its plot and prove they were really in the theater.

I woke up before it could go any further.
