terryclothI went and got a DVD player -- just bought the cheapest one I could find, $30 or so. It seems to work okay, although it's a little hard to use, and I have to swap out its RCA connectors for the PS2's manually, because I'm too cheap to spring for a switchbox.
So far it seems to be working adequately. Been watching Dark City and Futurama and Angel on DVD.
Other than that I've mostly been playing NWN: Hordes of the Underdark. I tried Space Channel 5 on the PS2, but it seems to be identical to the Dreamcast version, which means the reviewers were all lying liars. Maybe they meant the second one was full 3d and fixed the dancing synchronization problems?
