Um, yeah. I picked it up at the store, and started playing it right away. It has higher priority than those OTHER games, you see.
I can't say it's a disappointment. The way you get missions (running all over the map) may make me a nervous wreck (twitch twitch), and no, I *don't* remember any of the bit characters from FFX, but the internal monologue thing is neat. And combat isn't *that* confusing once you get used to it, although for a while I was accidentally attacking my own party.
{Medley: That makes it a fairly good simulation of real combat.
Terry: So throwing your daggers up into the air and transforming them into a microphone, so that you can do a crazy disco dance and blind your enemies is realistic?
Medley: It's called psych ops.}
Eheh.
My car's making loud clunkclunkclunk noises, now, that seem to be coming from the right front wheel and timed to its rotation. The right front wheel is the one I *just* got the brake rotors and pads replaced on, two months ago. Wow, they sure did a great job on that. Thanks, Dodge of Bellevue.
I should get it fixed, or get a new car. As soon as I decide which I want to do, I'll do one or the other. Hopefully, it won't actually explode before that happens.
