Hating stuff
Nov. 15th, 2003 11:56 pmThere were some good comics, today, but the freeway to go get them was stop and go, because of an accident blocking the other half of the freeway. So to save time, I decided to cut north through Seattle and cross the I-90 bridge. This was a bad idea, because the route intersected I-5, although I only had to slog through 2 miles of parking lot.
Later, I realized I'd forgotten to go walking, so I drove to Kelsey Creek park, and headed down the trail that was supposed to go to the lake hills connector. It wasn't far... but there were SO MANY HILLS. I walked for a half hour, but it was an *exhausting* half hour. Well, ankle-biting, at least. My ankles are my weak point.
Afterwards I went to the mall, which was absolutely PACKED. Isn't thanksgiving NEXT weekend? I got some games, though, and reserved FF X-2, but they took SOOO LONG to do my stuff that I was getting looks-that-kill from the twenty people lined up behind me. I don't know what took them so long.
Ohwell. At least the patch for ToEE seems to actually have fixed the crash I was seeing, and a bunch of other stuff. And the comics were good.
Oh, right. And I hate phoneposts. Please stop using them.
