Went to the company meeting today. It was very very cold. VERY VERY COLD. They gave us blankets, but they weren't large enough to cover our whole bodies, and there wasn't room for that besides.
Like always, they did a decent job of breaking up the serious speeches with humorous movielets. It was hours and hours and hours long, though, and my legs were cramped and so were all the rest of my muscles (only not as much) from huddling and shivering.
Afterwards, there was a product fair, that was too crowded to really see anything. I tried for a while, then searched around for the 'red' buses, which were well hidden.
When I got back to the office, I had a message from the doctor's assistant telling me my cholesterol was high. Bleargh. On the one hand, it's the least annoying thing that could be wrong if anything was, since the stuff I'd need to do to correct it is stuff I need to do anyway at some point (that is, lose weight). On the other hand, it's the most annoying thing that could be wrong because I *don't* eat a whole lot of fatty foods or saturated fats or whatever.
Pfeh.
