I never graduated from high school, or got my GED. I lied on my college applications, and they never bothered to check. Or at least, the one I got in never bothered.
I lost all my teeth years ago, and wear what I like to think is a convincing set of dentures. I'm still trying to get over what I know is a neurotic obsession with caring for the teeth I didn't care enough for when I still had them... I carry a toothbrush with me everywhere I go. It's kind of sad.
I bought a pet rat, once. I was allowed to have small, caged pets in my last apartment. One night, though, I couldn't help myself, and tortured it to death with kitchen utensils. Ashamed and a little scared, I threw out all the evidence, and vowed never to get another pet.
If you can guess which of these paragraphs is the lie, I'll give you a million dollars!
