Work is being annoying. We hit our code-complete goal, but all that means is that we have to work towards the next goal now, that being ZBR. Yay. The 'Z' stands for 'Zero', so all the things we've been putting off until later have to get dealt with in some fashion.
Now, how do we make the program managers understand that? They thought they had until code complete to finish the specifications...
Anyway, been somewhat addicted to Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, although I haven't been playing it all *that* much. It's just fun. I tried to play FFT again (the old playstation one) but it seems sort of clumsy by comparison... especially the way abilities are split up. FFTA seems to have a better variety of stuff for each job, so that you can have a character pick two jobs to focus on (you can only use two at a time, for A-abilities at least) and be reasonably well rounded -- there's nothing like 'Charge' from FFT that does one thing extremely redundantly.
Well, black mages come close.
I'm also looking forward to having some time to sit around and do nothing, after a weekend mostly spent sitting around doing nothing. These are two very distinct qualities of nothing, mind.
