terryclothA representative of the Japanese test team just stopped by my office to tell me how much all the testers in Japan admire me for fixing all their bugs etc that I of course took with a grain of salt based on the 'horribly polite' stereotype I've been warned about.
So I tried to be horribly polite and complimentary back, but I'm not really very good at that sort of thing. I hope I didn't offend her.
She also had a little camera and took my picture because Mieko back in Japan wanted pictures of everyone on my team (which she tests the J stuff for). O.o
It was... strange.
