Pamphlet of Uselessness
Jun. 17th, 2003 05:39 pmIn an effort to appear law-abiding, the company distributed a full-color 32-page pamphlet to each employee, detailing corporate policy and their responsibilities with respect to it.
But instead of including any actual information on, say, what you should and shouldn't do, it had a bunch of 'inspiring' clip art and paragraph after paragraph of 'All employees must follow the law with respect to blah'. Without actually saying what the law was.
Good thing they cleared that up. I thought working here was a liscence to rape and pillage.
