terryclothMy cell phone got a bunch of spam today, or perhaps I noticed it today. It gives a red glowy 'you have mail!' type message when you get spam. Nothing when you miss an actual phone call and it goes to voice mail, of course....
All the spam was from the cell phone company itself. Six clicks to delete each message, and you had to read the message first. Ugh. x.x
That's a distraction, though. Actual worries include the apartment property owner deciding to inspect all the apartments today or tomorrow. I think they were in mine today, since some doors were left open that I'm pretty (but not entirely) sure that I left closed... of course, I won't know if they actually have a problem with anything for months and months, most likely. Or maybe they'll evict me friday, WHO CAN TELL?
Another is performance reviews at work, although it's such a farce. They changed the system, made a big deal about it, but the form you fill out is exactly the same. 'Evaluate how you did against each goal' oh, and, by the way, rating yourself badly isn't appreciated by anyone, so come up with a way to make 'I'm six months behind on a three month project' sound good. KTHX.
God, I wish that was an exaggeration. x.x The step I'm still on was supposed to take two weeks. Two weeks back in January.
Also, there's some... medical thing that's too embarassing to talk about. Perhaps too embarassing to talk about with a doctor, although I really should just to find out if it's dangerous. Rrrrg.
