terryclothThere is a feature of doom at work, that I previously related an incident where, during its 'feature demo', I lost my temper because nothing worked. The next day, I fixed everything that was broken during that horrible demo, but couldn't schedule a do-over because everyone had left on vacation.
Anyway, now they're back and breathing down my neck over it, so I said 'okay, okay'... but before rescheduling, I decided to run through the demo script to make sure everything was still working.
Nope. Nothing. Not one single FUCKING THING was still working. Some of it looked like it should *never* have worked, but somehow it had when I was testing it previously. Some of it was obviously not my fault. Some of it, once again, was no fixable by me. At any rate, I have to go back to working on that piece of shit feature. Again. Again.
Then I get home to find the CoH pre-downloader crashed fifteen minutes after I left for work, so no progress today either.
