What relaxes me?

So, what works when I'm feeling frazzled and want to cool down?
1. Being alone.
2. Having time in which I'm not expected to do anything.
3. Drinking caffeine. This is separate but often coincides with
4. Eating junk food.
5. Driving to nowhere as fast as I feel I can get away with. Narrow roads and driving at night make it feel faster.
6. Housework. I hate housework, though, so I don't usually do it.
Talking to anyone, online or in person, is draining. So is being able to make progress on any difficult or boring task, whether or not I'm actually making progress. So is waiting for anything. So is any form of exercise or self restraint. In descending order.
