Magic Workstation works now...

I gave up on it a while back because it was constantly disconnecting me, but I decided to download the updates and enter the decks I've been obsessing over, and it downloaded a whole new exe for me. Which apparently can hold a connection now.
So I played a few games. Rats crushed some sort of land destruction deck -- in one game he discarded an arc slogger to a ravenous rats, then the next turn I ninja'd out ink-eyes. Heehee. Then he killed ink eyes, and the slogger (with beacon of destruction over a couple of turns), and used an eternal witness to get the slogger back, and cast him. Then I terrored the slogger, recast the ravenous rats, ninja'd out another ink-eyes and took it back. He never actually got to use its activation. q:3
Red/white pop! lost to what I'm guessing was probably tooth-and-nail, although I'm not sure because they never actually cast tooth and nail. After I used tallowisp-fetched pacifisms to shut down their solemn sims without killing them, they built up a ton of forests and islands, stalling me by time-stopping twice during my attack phase, then eventually won with a rude awakening that I *should* have expected after they missed with a cranial extraction looking for Holy Day. The punchline -- I was holding a kami of false hope in my hand, waiting for a soul foundry. D'oh!
Finally, I somehow went 2-1 against ravager affinity using my 'lands and tokens' deck (I think the netdeck name is 'beacon-blaster', although I kind of doubt the rest of the tech is the same). Game 1 he never found a ravager, game 2 I had to mulligan to 5 and keep a hand with one land... and a divining top, which let me make the next two land drops and cast kodama's reach. Yay! But I still lost to a gimongous blinkmoth because I couldn't beacon-blast it (because it was, you know, a land). Grr. Game three, a traproot kami kept him at bay long enough for me to blow away all his creatures, but he managed to sharpnel blast me *three times* before I managed to do 20 to him with a swarm of tokens. He had a fourth in his hand, but only one red land, so he could only play one a turn.
Guess what this means -- I forgot to do the extra preparation I meant to do for the game tomorrow! Gwaaaaah! I know what I was planning to do in general, though, and I can throw the rest together at work maybe. o.o;
