Well, normally my sister invites me over for thanksgiving, as the only family in the area, but this year they're in a new place, not unpacked, and INFESTED WITH FLEAS, so it was moved to Saturday.
The game on Friday was also cancelled... that leaves me today and tomorrow to do nothing with. This is not a complaint! I like doing nothing.
Today's nothing is part 'retooling magic decks' and part 'playing dragon warrior viii'. I had a nontraditional thanksgiving meal of microwavable 'tamale bake', which turned out to be pretty tasty.
I also got a box of wine. My sister asked me to bring wine to the meal saturday, and I saw it in the grocery store and thought 'why not?' The answer turned out to be 'because you walked to the store, dumbass, and it's really heavy'. Oww, my poor fingers. I hope it's the right sort of wine... I don't really know much about wine except that I hate most of it, so I got what looked like the sweetest wine I could find. 'Sangria' or something like that, with pictures of various citrus fruits all over the box.
Otherwise, eh. It's too cold and dark to leave the house to go outside, and anywhere interesting is probably closed for the holiday. Ahwell.
