I just looked down at my shirt, and it looks like when I last blew my nose, some of it... missed. [shudder]
Still got lingering sniffles, and a general sense of fatigue and lightheadedness, but it seems like it's getting a little better. In particular, my sinuses didn't clog up painfully overnight last night like they did the night before.
The sealing of the second half of the parking lot was rescheduled (after a day of no sealing and no news) for next Monday, so I rode the bus for nothing, and will have to do it again next week. Although hopefully not for nothing. It looks like they need a couple sunny days to do it, which means we could be playing cat and mouse with this until next May. v.v
I did manage to design and build a T2 deck using a mix of Kamigawa and older cards, based around Horobi: Death's Wail and white tapping weenies. The plan is to stall the game (with fogs, blinding beam, and teeny critters that can boost each others' toughness or prevent damage) until I get Horobi out, at which point all my teeny critters acquire the 'tap: destroy target creature' power. I only have two Horobis, though, which makes it very inconsistent, even with diabolic tutors. I need two more Horobis!
I also made a green snake deck, with red splashed for Kumano and Fireball. The Orochi Eggwatcher is *really vicious* if you can flip her... and the 'Daughter of Seshiro' can give sick amounts of mana for your fireballing pleasure.
There was also a weird event in the middle of the week where, after gorging myself on cake and squid and frozen pizza and combos, I gained five pounds in a single day... then lost it all the next day. What's up with that?
