Arx F###

I hate it when I read a walkthrough and discover that I've been horribly sucking at a game I thought I was doing quite well at.

In Arx Fatalis, I'm trying to figure out what the hell I'm supposed to do next, since I accidentally killed a bunch of cultists I thought I was maybe supposed to be following, and discovered that before even GOING to that level I was supposed to have completed several more sections of the plot in the castle.

Also, I was not supposed to be in my current condition of having few useful runes -- I was supposed to buy all the ones I'd missed (and there were many) from the shop that I now couldn't access because I'd progressed the plot too far.

Argh.

In other news, I have to listen to the Radio at work now, instead of my casettes, because the casette player has decided to squeal loudly when you hit 'play', whether or not there's a tape in it. I'll need to look for a replacement... do they still sell tape players?

And indeed, all my friends *are* much more interesting than I am. Which is one reason I'm jealous of them. }:P
