Eh.

Well, these are the results in the order I got them. The last two were by changing the 'what is your outlook on life' question around, which I wanted to answer 'I don't know' to. The 'what did you want to be when you grew up' question was also stupid (no good answers -- I wanted to be a mathemetician), but didn't seem to make a difference no matter what I picked.

'You can use races and classes from any professional sourcebook as long as it isn't obviously out of genre, like dragonstar' somehow got changed, in Luis' mind, to 'You can make up your own racial template and use an online ECL calculator to get the 'cost''.

No. No no no no no no no. I've told him no three times, now, and I'm waiting for him to reply YET AGAIN to ask why he can't do it and why it's so overpowered. Gaaah.

Meanwhile, Tom (from the intermittent game I might run if the RttToEE game gets cancelled due to low attendance some other week) took a twinkie prestige class from the net, made it ten times twinkier, then sent it to me to ask if he could use it. I gutted it and sent it back, but geez... I don't have time I want to use up on this sort of crap, balancing player-made twinkfest races and classes.

How twinkie was it? It had fighter base attacks and hit points, theif skills, the special abilities of both, and in addition got massive bonuses to hit and dexterity and special moves that were ridiculously overpowered in and of themselves.

At 9th level it got an additional +9 to hit +9 dexterity AND once per combat could charge and then do twice the usual number of attacks, all of which would be touch attacks. At 10th, it could do two melee attacks, the second at +14 over the normal best attack, and if either hit the target got hit by 'Destruction', DC 30 to resist.
