Nov. 22nd, 2002 12:35 pmThe good thing about using a computer to play DVDs is that you can do other things at the same time, like, say, run a MUCK client. The bad thing about using a computer to play DVDs is that it tends to make the computer crash. Or in the case of my computer, it tends to make everything but the DVD player stop updating the screen. Sigh.
Kingdom Hearts is much less frustrating when you don't try to play it on 'expert' level where everything kills you in one hit. I thought that since it was Disney 'Normal' would be for kids... nope!
And, this morning as I pulled into work I realized that I'd forgotten to bring my laptop which I'd need after work for Lazar's game... so I turned around and went home to get it. Sometimes I wish I lived further from work so that it wouldn't be reasonable to do that sort of thing. Laziness is not rational. }:P
I also realized that I'd signed up for the group movie next week, when I'm already scheduled for vacation (like most people in my group, I'm taking a *very* long weekend for Thanksgiving). Maybe I should show up for the movie, then not report that time as vacation time, since I was at a work event? Would that be unethical?
