Tonight was Lance's game, and it was kind of a bummer. The GM was determined to get the game 'back on track', so he led us around by the nose, held us down, and raped us. Then he gave more powers to the two most powerful characters so that they could continue to utterly dominate for the forseeable future.

Last session ended with Largo screwing the females of his tribe, while Ozzie, Wren, and Ray'ia were 'zooped' by a strange crystal.

This session started with Largo waking up to find himself surrounded by kitties of Ray'ia's tribe. They gave him a message to deliver to Ray'ia (a taunt from a go'uld named 'Bast' that she'd taken over her tribe as hosts), then gave him a message for himself from Darius, the enemy who'd gotten away: "Don't play with what isn't yours." Then they castrated him.

When he woke up again, it was to discover that his entire tribe had been literally stolen from him, and that almost everyone else on the island was dead. The emporer was dead, his girlfriend was dead, his metal dog was dead, everyone was dead except for a half dozen slaves that had managed to hide. The oracle of the mythal cheerfully played back video it had recorded of the entire attack, then told him it had no idea where the rest of the party was, but they'd vanished inside this strangely glowing doorway...

So he went to the strangely glowing doorway, walked through, and 'zoop!'

So, all four of the party woke up together in a prison cell, stripped of all possessions. The bars were electrified and antimagic, the guards were guardians, and the floor and ceiling and walls were perfectly smooth super-strong plastic/concrete junk. After a few moments, an inquisitor came in to inform them that they were all going to be executed. Wren and Ray'ia for 'impresonating a guardian', since neither spider-folk like Wren or 'pleasure cats' like Ray'ia were guardian material, Largo because he was there and obviously involved, and Ozzie because he was strange-looking and would be fun to dissect. The teddy-bear NPC druid 'pet', they were told, was downstairs in a box, dead.

He demonstrated how they were going to die by sucking the heretic priests (who worshipped the Tao or the Force or something like that) in the cell next to the party's into a ball, which, they were told, would be thrown into the sun on the next garbage run.

"Don't we get a trial?" Ray'ia asked.

"This was it," he replied.

"But -- you don't have any evidence at all! What if we're innocent?"

"Then the empire has lost a few sub-humans. We don't care."

Then he left, and the party was immediately rescued by a jedi knight. They retrieved their belongings and cut a bloody path out of the building, through the city, and into the pyramid ship of the gou'uld Bast, who was in town visiting with the emporer. Ozzie discovered that while his shapeshifting ability didn't let him fly, the 'steel bees' the gods had given him back when they cared (he'd tried to call on them earlier, but in this time they weren't listening) were fairly effective. Or maybe he was just lucky.

Oh, they also discovered that the dragons, who had been thought to be gods in the party's time, were really 'ascended' beast lords, which meant that they'd wanted to wipe out all knowledge of the beast lords as a religion simply to keep anyone else from getting powerful enough to threaten them.

So, the ship was stolen and taken into hyperspace. The jedi knight told them that he was a 'Targen', which was like a gou'uld only not evil, and that since they party was 500 years in the past (they'd discovered that while being interrogated) they needed to get to a chronomancer as soon as possible before a paradox wiped them out of reality.

But it'd take a couple days to get there, and there was a giant space-ship to loot. In the basement they found a bunch of Targen children, and Ray'ia and Wren decided to bond with one to get extra powers and live longer. Largo refused.

Ozzie decided to give it a try, only because no one was sure what would happen, but what actually happened was that it just didn't work -- he didn't have a brain-stem to wrap around, or a genetic structure to modify. Then he tried to get one of the three wizards on board to start teaching him magic, but they were all too busy doing nothing to spare the time. So he'll have to remain a useless blob.

(OOCly, getting implanted means Ray'ia and Wren get to each run an extra character which gets a share of the party's experience and advances separately. Wren took a psion, and Ray'ia took a jedi knight. Both rolled disgusting statistics for their parasites to match the disgusting statistics they already had for their main characters... oh, and their main characters' statistics get boosted because they're implanted. The DM won't let me (Ozzie) multiclass to a wizard without actually taking an apprenticeship in game, which we're NEVER going to have the time for since we seem to change genre and/or epoch every day or so. Which sucks, since it was my intention to eventually take a level of wizard since I made the character -- I've got one of my two >11 stats in INT. This is part of why he's so useless as a pure rogue. GRRR!)
