Specifically, going to someone's office because they asked you to come over and do a code review, and have them explicitly ignore you while speaking on the phone in a foreign language and (apparently) transcribing the information they're receiving into some web form.

I don't necessarily expect them to end the call right away, but saying 'can you come back later?' or 'just a second, I'm almost done' would be polite. You can even do it with hand signals, no need to interrupt your conversation.
